It is a decision that one chose to be a disciple under one master. And surely Jesus is not any inferior than any other modern masters adored by the world today like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs.
One verse, pointing what it takes to be a disciple is
Jesus called out to them, "Come, follow me, and I will show you how to fish for people!"
Matthew 4:19 NLT
A decision to come to God the Father, to let Him take control of the guilt in our lives, unforgiveness and hurt.
A decision to follow God by obeying what His Word directs and says, it is the Bible.
I have personally tested the goodness of the Lord, and I was compelled to write this down in one morning.:-
I was saved by Jesus when I was hopeless, broken and sick.
Now that I am well. It is my conscious decision to follow Him.
